The Starlite School of Dance National Competition Team works hard to strive for perfection, excelling at technique, performance, and sportsmanship. Our team was founded by Director Jodi Vaccaro in 1995 and has been been named National and Regional Grand Champions consistently winning Platinum and Overall High Score awards throughout the country. We're also proud to have received many Technique, Choreography, and Performance awards over the years.
Starlite also performs at many local civic and charity events. A few from the past include: The Patchogue Christmas Parade, The Why Walk When You Can Dance breast cancer benefit performance, Toys for Tots benefit performance and Give Kids the World charity competition.
We are more than just a team - we are a family. We support and encourage each other, and most importantly, have fun! We believe that the memories and friendships our dancers make along the way are just as important as any competition win.
